Burlington CC is a private 18-hole championship course located in the downtown area. The course is always in great shape and challenging for golfers of all skill levels.

The course can be tricky because there isn’t a flat lie on the fairways, and the greens roll fast with undulations to test your putt-reading.

The course only plays 6400 yards from the back tees, but the layout makes it feel longer.

This is a traditional country club where members enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, and pickleball amenities.

The course is in amazing shape and has views of Mount Mansfield, the Adirondacks, and Camels Hump.

Nicklaus and his son designed the course to have two different layouts on the front and back.

The front-9 play is links-style with rolling fairways and guarded greens. The back-9 utilizes the natural layout of the land with elevation changes and rock ledges.

The Links at Lang Farm

The Links at Lang Farm is an executive 18-hole course with twelve par-3s and six par-4s. The greens are fast but smooth, with different slopes and hills, making it tough to read the breaks.

This is one of the best executive golf courses near Burlington VT. The layout is fun and challenging for all levels of golfers, and with the par-4s, you do need to hit driver accurately.

The front nine holes are pretty wide open and relatively easy. The back nine holes have many elevation changes and are in and out of woods and tree areas, but the views and scenery are unreal.

You can use the locker rooms when you play, and the clubhouse is top-notch with outdoor seating, drinks, and food.

As the name says, rocky ridges and sloped greens are on almost every hole. Landing your approach shots on the green and getting them to stay is a fun challenge.

The course is short but challenging; you must carefully plan your shots. The fairways have trees running up and down both sides but are pretty wide, so you can still score low.

There are some water hazards and a lot of sand traps with a few huge bunkers that you don’t want to visit.
